Shelter Owner Seeking Compromise To Regain Custody Of Dogs
The owner of more than 40 dogs seized two weeks ago is meeting with the New Albany Floyd County Animal Shelter Tuesday to come up with a compromise that would allow her to regain custody of her animals.
