Does Petsmart have dog obedience training? How effective would it be for a 2 month old Australian Shephard that is out of control. He loves to turn over water bowls (it’s 110 degrees here), jump other dogs and cats. Goes to the bathroom inside the house and tears apart everything.

Oh and how much does it cost?

How much is nail clipping for a small Chihuahua?

Yes, PetsMart does obedience training. Starting at 4 months, as long as your puppy has had rabies shots, you can start your training. We did this with our dog. Best thing ever! Ours was $99, but I do know that they have gone up to around $109.

Go to www.petsmart.com to find your local PetsMart to get the phone number of your local store. You can ask them about the nail clippings.

i am 13 and looking for a good animal shelter place or whatever to volunteer with animals any ideas?

When I owned my pet store, we had volunteers come in to help socialize and play with the animals. You had to sit down and watch a few videos to learn about whatever area of the store you would be working. Then the shifts were only 2 hours long. You had to show us a good report card. Have written parents permission. It was a win win situation. You learned about the animals, the animals were loved. We had alot of students ask, and we could only take 2 per afternoon for an 8 week course. If there aren’t any in your area, you might suggest it.
I know veterinarians need walkers for the dogs boarding.

After watching that really sad ASPCA commercial, I thought it would be a good idea to start a local animal shelter, and start an animal rescue group.There is only one problem, I’m only thirteen years old, and have no way of getting money to start one.

Can someone tell me how I could try to start an animal shelter/rescue group?

i’m 13 too and successfully i also did a shelter, there was a plain empty lot near to ma place, no construction going on, nothin so i decided to build a shelter there. we planted the whole place with grass. and then made a huge fence around the area thanks to a lot of help and support by my family and friends. my father hired a constructor to build the liittle building and we put up new signs and i’m still working on the website!we divided the building into different categories for different kinds of animals and brought houses for the animals . now, people are still dropping off animals and we hired vets there.
u can do the same if ya want i had lotta fun on it!
